GAMMA CORRECTIONS
Gamma corrections
Gamma warning
When entering the gamma corrections, a warning will be displayed (Menu 1) :
"RISK OF INCORRECT ADJUSTMENT OF THE PROJECTOR.
THE GAMMA CORRECTIONS ARE FACTORY ADJUSTED USING AN ACTAS COLOR ANALYZER ! THEREFORE, ONLY
QUALIFIED INSTALLATION OR SERVICE PERSONNEL SHOULD PERFORM THESE ADJUSTMENTS ! "

Procedure for Gamma corrections
There are three settings in the gamma correction menu (Menu 2):
1 Blue gamma correction
2 R&B midlights
3 Factory preset
To carry out the Blue Gamma Correction : ç or è

ê
1 Push the cursor key é or ê to highlight BLUE GAMMA CORRECTION in the menu and then press the ENTER key (Menu 2).
If the EXIT key is pressed, the projector will return to the Service menu.
2 After the ENTER key is pressed, a text box with the message, "Adjust with arrow key", will be displayed on the screen (Menu3).
3 Push the cursor key é or ê to adjust the slope, a text box with a bar scale (Min to Max) will be displayed to visualize t h e
magnitude of the correction (Menu 4).
4 Push the cursor key ç or è to adjust the breakpoint, a text box with a numeric bar scale (0-99) will be displayed t o
visualize the magnitude of the correction (menu 5).
5 Press the ENTER key to return to the "Gamma Corrections" menu.
THE GAMMA CORRECTIONS ARE
