Procedure to follow :
a. Always wipe lenses with a CLEAN Toraysee
TM
cloth.
b. Always wipe lenses in a single direction.
Warning: Do not wipe back and forwards across the lens surface
as this tends to grind dirt into the coating.
c. Do not leave cleaning cloth in either an open room or lab coat
pocket, as doing so can contaminate the cloth.
d. If smears occur when cleaning lenses, replace the cloth. Smears
are the first indication of a dirty cloth.
Do not use fabric softener when washing the cleaning cloth or softener
sheets when drying the cloth.
Do not use liquid cleaners on the cloth as doing so will contaminate the
cloth. Other lenses can also be cleaned safely with this Toraysee
TM
cloth.
3. Lamp unit removal
Procedure to follow:
a. Cool down the projector before handling the lamp house to avoid
burning.
b. Loosen the 2 spring screws (E) securing the fan door to the lamp house.

c. Rotate (F) the fan door counterclockwise to open. (image 2-9)
d. Loosen the 2 spring screws (G) securing Lamp unit onto base plate. (image
2-10)
e. Disconnect the lamp plug (H) by pulling the lamp unit to the right.
f.
Take the lamp unit out (I) the lamp house. (image 2-11)
