End of day – banking your payments
End of day banking must be carried
out after each day of trading to ensure
that all the payments you’ve taken are
submitted to us for processing. This is
very important and helps us to ensure
you receive the payments on time.
Just follow these simple steps:
1 At the ‘ready’ prompt, press the
button until the system menu
is displayed.
Use the arrow button to highlight the
‘totals’ option and press the
button. The ‘end of day banking’ option
will now be highlighted.
Press the
button.
2 Swipe the supervisor card or input the
supervisor PIN if instructed.
The magnetic stripe on the card faces
your card machine.
