air supply and brush the ashes towards
the middle of the bowl so that they end
up in the ash tray (p.2: #12). then re-
lease the ash tray to pour out the ash-
es.
E) Moving the barbecue:
± 5 cm
to move the barbecue, proceed as fol-
lows: place one hand in the recess of
the port (p.2: #14) on the rear side of
the barbecue, and the other hand on
the top side of the barbecue. slightly
tilt the barbecue forwards. Make sure
you do not tilt it too far. to prevent dam-
age, we advise you not to tilt the rear
side more than 5 cm from the ground.
always move the barbecue by pulling it
backwards, i.e. do not push forwards.
two adjusting feet (p.2: #16) are pro-
vided on the back at the bottom of the
barbecue. these can be turned further
in or out, allowing the barbecue to be
used on uneven ground whilst keeping
a level and stable surface.
FIRST TIME USE
Prior to lighting the barbecue, carefully
remove the protective foil from the in-
ner housing (p.2: #6). When using your
barbecook

PUUUR

for the first time,
we strongly recommend to have it burn
for 30 minutes without cooking meals.
this burn-in period is necessary.
USEFUL HINTS AND PRECAUTIONARY
MEASURES
1) do not use indoors.
2) always install the barbecue on a
solid base, away from inflammable
and meltable objects.
3) It is recommended to empty out the
ash tray after each use.
4) do not use too much charcoal in
the bowl (max. 50% of the bowl ca-
pacity).
5) do not use alcohol or petrol for
lighting or stoking up the fire. Use
only firelighters that conform to
standard EN 1860-3!
6) NotE! this barbecue will become
very hot, do not move it until the fire
has extinguished completely and
the barbecue cooled down com-
pletely.
7) WaRNINg! keep children and pets
at a safe distance from the barbe-
cue. Protect yourself against the
fire. Never leave the barbecue un-
attended.
8) for safety reasons, we advise to
keep a bucket of water or sand in
the neighbourhood of the burning
barbecue.
9) Never grill in the flames. do not
start grilling before the charcoal is
covered with a fine layer of ashes.
