DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY OF THE REGULATOR AND BURNER

5.1

DISASSEMBLY:

(see fig. 7 and 8.)

1.

ATLANTA / SAVANNAH / ECO 550 :

Open the glass door by unscrewing the allen socket bolt.

ECO 650 :

The front is mounted to the casing by “stud” connections in the
corners. Carefully remove the front by pulling it for-wards. Remove the
securing clips around the glassplate and carefully remove the glass plate.

Caution:

The edges of the glass plate may be sharp.
WEAR GLOVES.

ECO 750 :

Remove the front by loosen the allens at the bottomside (under the

controlpanel) and the upperside (in the corners).

2.

Remove the rack, the log set and the vermiculite granules.

3.

Remove the support on which the rear log was positioned.

4.

Remove the bottom plate (grid).

5.

Loosen the tapered sealing coupling located next to the gas regulating
block.

6.

Now take out the complete bottom plate with the burner and gas regulating
block.

Caution:

 during removal; disconnect the T.T.B. wire connections, of the

thermocouple interrupter.
