
FLUIDICS NOZZLE WITH PINLESS NOZZLE
For the burner's diesel operation, use a FLUIDICS pinless nozzle type
12 N2 45° of suitable size depending on the burner's capacity.
CAUTION / WARNINGS
At first burner ignition, the return nozzle must be never fully clo
-
sed.
When the nozzle operates at maximum output, the difference
between delivery and return must be of 2-3 bar.
Example
Pump pressure 20 bar
Return pressure 20-2 = 18 bar
Return pressure 20-3 = 17 bar
Pump pressure 22 bar
Return pressure 22-3 = 19 bar
Return pressure 22-2 = 20 bar

The diagrams represent the curves showing the values of the fuel flow
rate delivered by the nozzles depending on the return pressure.
The curves were obtained by considering a diesel pump regulating
pressure of 25 bar.
Return pressure value is detected on the pressure gauge (3) with 0-40
bar scale.
