HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS
The tank to burner connecting pipes must be perfectly tight.
We recommend use of copper or steel pipes of adequate diameter (see table and drawings).
Fuel stop gates must be installed at the end of the rigid pipes.
The filter should be installed on the aspiration pipe, after the gate. The hose union connection to the burner
pump aspiration should in turn be connected to the filter. The hose union for return to burner pump should be
connected on the return pipe, after the gate.
Filter, hoses and relative connection nipples are supplied with the burner.
The pump is equipped with appropriate mounts (see figure) for insertion of control instruments (pressure and
vacuum gauges). For safe, silent operation, aspiration negative pressure should not exceed 4,6 m.C.A.
equal to 36 cm.Hg. Any aspiration and return pressure should not exceed 1,5 bar.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Electric lines should be kept away from hot parts.
It is advisable for all connections to be carried out with flexible electric wire, having a section that is adequate
for available voltage and power input.
