STEP 3:
Lock Rod (H) into place by inserting the Set Screws (D) into openings in back of
Holders . Tighten with Allen Wrench (E).
STEP 4:
Attach Finials (I) by screwing onto end of the Rod (H). Rotate clockwise until tight.
