8.2
DRIVING BELTS TENSIONING
To check belt tension and correct alignment, proceed as
follows:
Unscrew the 4 bolts (
A) securing the belts crankcase;
Using the lever (
B) the belts can be tensioned or disengaged.
8.3
ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT OF THE LOADING CARPET
The loading carpet must be kept taut at all times during processing.
If the carpet tends to move sideways, check that there is no residual material between the rollers and
the carpet itself and, if necessary,
act on the upper and lower roller tie-rods located on the sides of the
rollers.
To replace the conveyor belt in the event of breakage or excessive wear and tear, contact the
