Assembly

Please refer to the illustrations at the back of 

the user instructions.
1.  Secure the lid (2) to its sides (5) using 4 

nuts (A).

2.  Secure the rear panel of the lid (3) using 

5 nuts (A).

3.  Secure the front panel of the lid (1) 

using 5 nuts (A).

4.  Push the handle (7) into the holders (6).
5.  Screw the holders securely to the lid 

using 2 screws (F) on each side.

6.  Screw the thermometer securely to the 

lid.

7.  Secure one leg (19, 23) to each side of 

the grill unit (15) using 2 screws (B).

8.  Secure one leg (19, 23) to each side of 

the grill unit (15) using 2 screws (B). Fit 

the bottom panel (22) using 2 screws (B) 

through each leg.

9.  Screw one wheel (21) to each of the legs 

(19) using a wheel bolt (20), 2 washers 

(C) and a nut (D).

10.  Secure one side table (18) to each side 

of the grill unit (15) using 6 screws (E) on 

each side.

11.  Secure the rear panel (12) and the sides 

(14) to the grill unit using a total of 10 

screws (E).

12.  Fit the drip tray (17), � ame tamers (13), 

griddle (10) and grill rack (11) into the 

barbecue.

13.  Secure the lid to the sides (14) using 2 

screws (8). Place the warming rack on 

the barbecue. Fit the buttons (16).

14.  The barbecue is now ready for use.

Use

1.  Turn the control knob clockwise to 

position      .

2.  Open the lid before use.    
3.  Connect the regulator to the gas 

bottle. Set the gas supply to ON on the 

regulator. Use soapy water to check for 

any gas leaks between the gas bottle 

and the regulator.

4.  Press the control knob down, and turn 

it anticlockwise to the large      position. 

A clicking sound will be heard, and 

the burner will ignite. If this does not 

happen, repeat the procedure 3 or 4 

times. 

5.  If the burner still does not ignite, wait 5 

minutes and repeat point 4.

6.  Once the burner has ignited, repeat 

points 4 and 5 to ignite the other 

burners.

7.  Regulate the heat by turning the knob 

to the High/Low position.  

8.   Turn off  the regulator to turn off  the 

barbecue. Then turn all the control 

knobs on the appliance clockwise to 

position       .

Warning:

 If a burner cannot be lit, 

the control knobs must be turned to    

(clockwise) and the regulator closed. Wait 

� ve minutes before you try to light it again 

by following the ignition procedure.
