1. Begin by locating the plastic cowling in between the bottom of the windshield and the
hood. With light constant force, lift the cowling upward as shown in the picture below.
2. Open the hood and locate the two lower 13mm hex head hinge bolts on either side of the
vehicle near the back of the hood along the lower hinge assembly.
