Process inputs and outputs are kept in point tables. The com-
puter can pass data by point number or bypass the point table
and demand data directly from any PCU. The computer can
poll the point table or request on points whose values have
changed. The user can load INFI 90 modules with control strat-
egies from the computer without affecting the point table.
