ASSEMBLY AND SET UP
The cooling fan is shipped with the wheels removed.
1. Remove the shipping brackets securing the fan to the pallet.
2. Unpack the wheel.
3. Using a suitable lifting device connected to the lifting lug, lift the cooling fan high enough to
pull the pallet out from under the chassis.
4. One at a time, remove the Nylock nut from the axle shaft and slide the wheel onto the axle.
5. Carefully tighten the Nylock nut until the wheel is secure but still turns freely. Overtightening
will cause the wheel not to turn.
6. When all four wheels are installed, lower the cooling fan to the ground and either roll to the
desired location or lock the brake so that the cooling fan does not move.
7. Inspect the entire machine for any items that may have come loose or may have been
damaged in shipping.
WARNING:
For your own safety, DO NOT connect the machine to the
power source until the machine is completely assembled and you read and
understand the entire instruction manual.
