or

 

stain.

and

 

fasteners

 

which

 

indicate

 

rust

 

or

 

chipping

 

of

 

painted

 

surfaces

 

should

 

be

 

sanded,

 

primed

 

and

 

painted

 

to

 

maintain

 

appearance

 

and

 

longevity.

 

Maintenance

 

must

 

be

 

done

 

regularly

 

or

 

as

 

needed

 

to

 

maintain

 

your

 

warranty.

 

Keep

 

vegetation

 

trimmed

 

away

 

from

Water

sprinklers

 

must

 

be

 

kept

Avoid
