This playset product is not intended for public use. It is intended for residential application

and is not warranted for public or commercial use.

These statements are in accordance with the Consumer Safety Standards Guide.

  This playset accessory is recommended for children (3) through (11) years of age.

‰

  Adult supervision is required for children of all ages.

‰

  Dress children appropriately. Avoid loose fitting clothes, coats, scarves, drawstrings and other articles of

      clothing that may get caught in the playset accessory or playset.

‰

  Instruct children to use equipment sensibly.

‰

  Children should not twist playset accessory swings or chains.

‰

  Children should avoid swinging empty playset accessories.

‰

  Where applicable, children should sit in the center of the seat, with their full weight on the seat.

      Never allow children to stand or kneel on playset swings and accessories.

  Children should not get off moving equipment.

‰

  Children should not walk close to, in front of, behind, or between moving items.

  Our equipment should not be installed or erected on any hard surface such as asphalt, concrete or

       packed earth.  A fall onto a hard surface can result in serious injury to the equipment user.

  Place the equipment on level ground not less than six (6) feet from any obstructions.

‰

  Do not use the equipment until fully assembled per instructions, bolts tightened and final inspected.

‰

  Children should not play on the playset or accessory when it is wet. Slippery surfaces may cause a hazard.

‰

  Verify that each suspended chain is secured at both ends and cannot be looped back on itself.

‰

  Do not loop chains over their top supports so as not to reduce the strength of these chains.

‰

  Instruct children not to attach items to the playground equipment such as, but not limited to, jump ropes,

      clothesline, pet leashes, cables and chain as they may cause a strangulation hazard.

  Instruct children to not use accessories or any parts for any other purpose than it’s intended use.
