Phase Notes
• Assemble with hardware as shown.
Parts needed:
• (2) N19 - FILLER BLOCK - W101832
• (1) P2 - CENTER FILLER BLOCK - W101831
• (1) WP10 - FRONT GABLE - W101838
Hardware needed:
• (8) BR - SCREW PFH 8x1-1/8 - H100088
• (3) BP - SCREW PFH 8x1-1/2 - H100086
Step 1: Pre-drill & attach 'WP10' Front Gable to
'WP4' & 'WP5' front walls, at the corners, using
screws 'BR', as shown.
Step 2: Pre-drill & attach 'N19' Filler
Blocks to 'WP4' & 'WP5' front walls, and
'WP10' front gable at corners of door
opening, using screws 'BR', as shown.
Step 3: Pre-drill & attach 'P2' Center Filler
Blocks to 'WP10' front gable between the
'N19' filler blocks, using screws 'BP', as
shown.
Note: It is vital that the fort
be level before and after
each phase of assembly.
To prevent board splitting, you
must pre-drill each board with
a 1/8" drill bit, before attaching.
