Suspended Hands & Knees Position

Put the Back Bubble

around you like the 
Upright Positions but 
low at the hips.

Set the height of the 
Back Bubble

 so the 

bottom is about 15cm 
off the floor.

Assume a hands & 
knees position with the 
Back Bubble

TM

 posi-

tioned low on your hips. 
Let some air out so you 
can push the Back Bub-
ble

TM

 lower on your hips.

Move forward on hands 
& knees until the strap 
is tight. Lean forward & 
down onto your fore-
arms. Keep knees bent 
and push forward with
your toes.

Suspended Kneeling Position

Suspend yourself like
in the Upright Positions, 
but in a kneeling 
position.

Set the height of the 
Back Bubble

TM

 so the 

underside is about 
30cm off the floor.

Stretch laterally as 
shown above.
