EDGE XL v1.1 Operation Manual 

Starting Machine 

1.

 

Turn on air supply. 

2.

 

Turn on water supply. 

3.

 

Turn on main disconnect (should be mounted on the wall near the machine). 

 

4.

 

Turn on power switch of machine (Black and red lever on the right side on machine). 

 

5.

 

Once computer starts, wait until the blue Emergency Reset button on the operator 
station begins to flash, this may take a few minutes. If the light does not start to flash, 
turn off the machine. WAIT at least 2 minutes, then turn the machine on again.

Press and hold the blue button down for 

1 second

, then release. 

b.

 

Make sure the key switch is set to
