If the adhesive side of the pad appears to be dry (the pad does not stick to the skin), rehydrate using
a finger tip dipped in a little water. Allow the pad to absorb the moisture and the adhesive side of the
pad to regain its adhesive properties, then put the pad back on its holder.

Post-natal exercises:
- The machine is suitable for post-natal recovery. However, it is recommended that you wait for 6 weeks after
the birth and consult a doctor before beginning exercises.
- If you have had a Caesarean, only place the pads above the scar - never on or underneath it when working
on the abdominal area.
When applying the pads, always follow the instructions detailed below:
- only position the pads in places mentioned in the manual.
- do not place the pads on the neck, near the heart, on the genitals, on the mouth, eyes or head.
- do not place the pads on recent scars or areas that are infected, irritated, lacking feeling or physically limited.
- do not place the pads on metallic implants or on bones (the hips, for example) to avoid any unpleasant
sensation.
- before removing the pads, switch off the appliance as your fingers are very sensitive to stimulation.
- a slight irritation on the skin at the spot where the pads are placed is normal and will disappear quickly.
Consult your doctor if this is not the case.
