BROWNIE MAKER TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS

Use your favorite boxed brownie mix.
•
The brownie mix should be fairly thick, but fluid enough to fall off the spoon.
•
If you prefer your brownies to have crispy edges, substitute water for the milk as milk
makes them softer and darker in color.

Most brownies bake in 10-12 minutes.
•
Brownies are very fragile and hot when just baked. Carefully remove them from the
brownie maker and place on a wire rack to cool. Use a non-metallic heat-resistant tool.
Allow the brownies to stand about 5 minutes before serving.
•
If brownies stick, unplug the brownie maker and let sit for 2 minutes before
attempting to remove again.
•
Occasionally coat with oil in-between batches if brownies begin to stick.
