- From back of car seat, pull Harness
Straps through the Harness Strap Slots
in back support until you have enough
strap to reach the Belt Adjuster Plate.
- Hook the looped ends of the
harness strap to the Harness
Connector Plates and .
Ensure that the straps are
securely connected to the
connector plates .
- Inspect the Harness Straps from the front
and back of the car seat to ensure that
they are not twisted. Twisted harness
straps can prevent proper tightening of
the harness and thus may not adequately
restrain your child in a sharp turn, sudden
stop or crash. Before Using the car sat,
please pull on the harness straps from the
front of the car seat to ensure they are
securely re-attached.

10.5 Adjusting the Head Support
The Head Support on this Car Seat is designed to provide maximum
lateral head protection. Never remove the Head support from the
Back Support. The Head Support can be moved up or down through
a series of positions.
To adjust head support:
• Hold firmly on the top of the Back
Support and pull or push on the Head
Support to raise or lower the Head
Support until the Head Support moves
into the desired position to fit your child.

Shoulder Belt Positioner
Use the Shoulder Belt Guide Clip to
center the vehicle shoulder belt on the
child’s shoulder. Shoulder belt MUST be
centered on child’s shoulder as shown.
