For Attention

• Only use the supplied charger to recharge the battery of the Babboe E-Power.  If you

   use a different charger the battery can be damaged which can lead to dangerous

   situations.

• The warranty is no longer valid, if a fault is caused by the use of a different charger. 

   Babboe reserves the right to terminate the warranty, if the battery is

   charged incorrectly.

•  It is prohibited to dismantle the Protanium battery or charger or to modify either of

   them in any way.

• Only use the Protanium battery at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C.

• To avoid damage, only store the Protanium battery at temperatures between -20°C

   and 60°C. The lifetime of the battery can be significantly reduced, if the battery is

   stored for prolonged periods at temperatures below or above these limits.

• Avoid contact between the battery and water or any other liquids.  The warranty is

  no longer valid, if water or other liquids enter the Protanium battery.  If water or

  other liquids enter the battery, immediately remove the battery to avoid an explosion

  or electrical shock.

• Do not place the battery directly next to a flame or other heat source.  The battery

  can explode, if it becomes too hot.

• Make sure that the space where the battery is charged is well ventilated.

• Remove the battery from the power point as soon as it has been fully charged.

• Do not use the Protanium charger to charge Ni-Cd or Ni-Mh batteries.

• We strongly advise you to charge the Protanium battery only during daytime and

  only under supervision.

Liability

1. Babboe / Protanium and Babboe’s UK agent, Wheel Happy Ltd, are not liable for any

    accidents or damage resulting from incorrect use of the battery or charger.

2. Follow your local regulations on waste disposal when discarding the battery

Battery warranty

Model warranty period Protanium battery BP-L2410EB is 6 months (24 V, 10 Ah).

Charger warranty

Model warranty period BPC-L7S02A (30 V, 2 A) is 24 months.

POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

When purchasing the Babboe E-Power, the following limited warranty applies to the

battery. This limited warranty overrides all other warranty conditions.

 

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES. EVERY OTHER

WARRANTY THAT IS CONSIDERED APPLICABLE ACCORDING TO LAW, INCLUDING BUT

NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLICIT WARRANTY ON SELLABILITY AND THE IMPLICIT

WARRANTY ON BEING FIT FOR PURPOSE, IS EXPLICITLY LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE

DURATION OF THIS LIMITED LIABILITY.
