5.3
MENU „EXTENSIONS“
The specific settings for the DUO DMX Gateway are made in the menu "
Extensions
". Here the linking
with the group addresses or EnOcean profiles, IP address assignment, and the transmission of
configuration data is made. In addition, devices can be detected on the network and the DMX preview
is enabled.
5.3.1
SELECTION OF TECHNOLOGY (VARIANT)
Before the configuration of the DUO DMX Gateway starts, there must be the selection of variants,
whether it is a "
KNX / BMX
" or an "
EnOcean
" model. Overview of unit types / technologies:
KNX/BMX
12000 Extension for eibPort
12010 KNXnet/IP
12020 KNX/TP
EnOcean
12030 EnOcean
If the selection is made the configuration window for each technology is opened. As long as the project
is not saved, this selection is reopened each time the
Extension
DUO-DMX Gateway is called.
5.3.2
KNX CONFIGURATION
If in the above-described range, the technology "
KNX
" is chosen, a corresponding configuration window
is opened, which is specific in its properties to the KNX configuration. In the left half of the window, the
exported group address file from ETS are loaded (or created manually) and in the right halves the
address settings are made (Tab LAN/KNX).
