OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Unit model with static heating
Heat dishes for 150 minutes.
Unit model with convection heating
Heat dishes for 120 minutes.
Maintain the temperature of the dishes as long as desired with the unit switched on.

If guests can take dishes themselves, the unit must be positioned in such a way that unautho-
rised persons are not able to adjust the temperature control. The unit side with the tempera-
ture control can be turned to a wall, for example.
Warning!
Unit top, interior and dishes are hot.
While heating, the unit top, interior and dishes become hot and can cause burns.
Protection (e.g. with pot holders or protective gloves) must be used when handling hot ob-
jects.
Remove hooded cover (if there is one)
Remove dishes as needed.
