Warranty services can also be provided by B.Kettner authorised repairers in other
countries, however, there may be delays if the required replacement parts are not
immediately available. The guarantee conditions of the respective country apply.
What does the warranty not cover?
If, exceptionally, a defect occurs, B.Kettner can choose between a repair, replace-
ment or refund of the purchase price of the product. The product replacement may
consist in the same model, or one that is at least comparably equipped. Replace-
ment or repair of the product does not constitute a new warranty. All replaced old
equipment and parts become property of B.Kettner. All other claims are excluded.
This applies in particular to claims for damages, regardless of the legal grounds
on which they are based. The exclusion does not apply in case of injury to life, limb
and health, in the case of intent and gross negligence, product liability and in case
of breach of essential duties, which jeopardise the achievement of the guarantee‘s
purpose.
What does the warranty not cover?
Before handing or returning a device to the B.Kettner, it is up to the customer to
save data and settings. B.Kettner assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged
data and programmes stored on device media, nor any resulting consequences.
Compensation for expenses involved in data backup or data recovery and re-ins-
tallation of software or other information will not be granted.
