From your Windows taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel . Double-
click on the Phone and Modem Options icon .

Click the Modems tab.
You will see the MR2800-W
Data Fax Modem listed.
Click on the modem and select
Properties .
Click on the Diagnostics tab.
