TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

Water level too low.

Fill water to top edge of lid ring.

(but vacuum comes on).

No solution from

Nozzle tip plugged.

Disassemble and clean.

Check quick-disconnect fitting.

Reconnect fitting onto machine.

Solution tank empty.

Refill to absolute top of lid ring.

Pump failed.

Replacement required.

Kinked solution hose.

Straighten hose.

Poor water pickup.

Vacuum hose cuff is not

Push hose cuff onto fitting.
