Setup resolution in the analog setup
When "1: Analog setup" is selected in
C-03
(flow rate setup) and
setup is done using an external analog voltage or analog current, a
higher resolution can be set than in the digital setup.

Example: Setting MQV0050 (50 L/min range) with an analog current
