Alarm display

If conditions exceed the device's specified range, an alarm message and the instan-
taneous value are alternately displayed. In order to use this device within an allow-
able range, change the conditions of the fluid.

Flowrate upper limit alarm:

Flowrate speed 45m/s or more.

Temperature lower limit alarm:

-15

C or lower.

Temperature upper limit alarm:

60

C or more.

Pressure lower limit alarm:

-50kPa or lower.

Pressure upper limit alarm:

1000kPa or more.
