For each slide in the slide carrier, you can specify hardware (scanner)
settings and analysis settings.

For the entire batch scan, you can specify file naming and saving
options, and Workflow options.
For Each Slide
To scan it as part of the batch process, you must select the slide and select the
Include in Data Scan button. By default, all slides in a batch are scanned.
You can select multiple slides using Ctrl-click and Shift-click.
You can also copy and paste slide settings from one slide to another using the
Copy Row and Paste Row buttons.
Settings
To set individual hardware settings, select the slide and then navigate to the
appropriate GPS file.

For each slide in the batch, you can use the PMT gain as specified in the
settings above (either initial or from a GPS file), or you can override and
use the gain calculated by the Set PMT Gain Automatically algorithm. To
use this algorithm you need to specify a settings file or a GAL file.
Analysis
Select a GAL or GPS file for analysis. See below, After the Batch Scan.
For the Batch Scan

To save the configuration information for each slide, select Save
Autoloader Settings As from the File menu to save an autoloader
settings file.
