Lighting and using
1.
Place the charcoal on the charcoal grille and apply a suitable amount of barbecue fluid.
2.
Allow the fluid to "soak" for a few minutes and then light the charcoal with a barbecue
lighter or firelighter matches.
3.
The barbecue is ready when the red-hot charcoal starts to turn grey.
4.
Check after grilling that the barbecue is fully extiguished.
5.
Allow the grilles to cool before cleaning.
6.
Do not leave any charcoal on the ground or allow it to touch any combustible material.
MAINTENANCE
•
Clean the grille thoroughly after each barbecue.
•
Check that the charcoal is completely extinguished, empty it out and clean the container.
