Setting the system voltage with SMA SB Storage
To add Energypacks, the system voltage must be adjusted to the module voltage. For this purpose, set
the Sunny Boy Storage to a specific SOC:
1.
Open the user interface of the Sunny Boy Storage.
2.
Register as installer.
3.
Select device parameter and click on
Edit Parameter
.
4.
enter the desired SOC under
Battery - External Default
and confirm in the Web UI above
with
Save All
.
Example:
new Energypack with 50.1 V
–
corresponds to approx. 35 % SOC
AXIstorage is at 60 % SOC
–
so set the
Lower battery discharge limit
to 35 % and
confirm with
Save All
.
5.
battery system goes automatically to parameterized SOC and stops with this state of
charge.
6.
install a new battery module. See chapter 3.3.4 from point 3.
NOTE: All voltage specifications refer to the open circuit voltage (OCV).
