appiccicati al coperchio.

Rotate the clamping handle.
Remove and lift the protection
cover.
Insert the product into the pan.
Lay the protection cover upon
the pan and push it to the base.
Rotate the clamping handle
to right until it clicks and
clamping the protection cover.
Press the pushbutton green
to switch on the machine.
How to load the
product to be worked
The blunt edge of the pan and
the external lowering of the cover
assure a perfect
fi
t.
The internal surface of the cover
is
fl
at so that eventual residual
products stuck on tha cover can
be scraped off the blunt edge of
the pan.
WARNING
The following cannot be
worked:
- not-eatable products
- foodstuffs with bones
- frozen products
A special opening on the
protection cover is possible to
add other foodstuffs during the
rotation of the blades.
