AMI UEFI BIOS Utility

The counter will be reset if IGN is off and on during the
system countdown time.

Shutdown Delay Timer
(IGN Off)

When the system is on, IGN voltage will go off, and the
system will be shut down by the after being triggered by the
setup timer signal within the time you set.

Additionally, if power source voltage is lower than the setup
value it will cause the system to turn off as well.
