This predefines values for DRAM, cache timing according to CPU type
and system clock. When enabled, the predefined items will become
read-only.

This option specifies the length of the delay (in sysclks) inserted
between consecutive 16-bit and 8-bit I/O operations. The default
setting is Enabled.
