3.4 Completing
Installation
To complete the installation, follow the steps listed below.
1. Make sure the power is OFF.
2. Set the configuration jumpers according to the jumper
settings on Chapter 2.
3. Install the SBC8168 CPU card into one of the slots on
the passive backplane. You may allow the SBC8168 to
stand alone as a single board computer.
4. Connect the I/O cables and peripherals, i.e. floppy
disk, hard disk, monitor, keyboard, power supply and
etc. to the CPU board.
NOTE:
The color of pin one is usually red or blue,
while others are gray.
5. Turn ON the system power.
