BIOS Setup Utility
CPU Configuration
This screen shows the CPU version and its detailed information.
Hyper-Threading
It allows a hardware platform to run multiple operating systems separately and
simultaneously, enabling one system to virtually function as several systems.

ntel Virtualization Technology
Enable or disable Intel Virtualization Technology. When enabled, a VMM (Virtual Machine
Mode) can utilize the additional hardware capabilities. It allows a platform to run multiple
operating systems and applications independently, hence enabling a single computer system
to work as several virtual systems.
Active Processor Cores
Number of cores to enable in each processor package.

ntel (R) SpeedStep(tm)
Allows more than two frequency ranges to be supported.
Turbo Mode
Enable/Disable processor Turbo Mode (requires EMTTM enabled too). AUTO means
enabled, unless max turbo ratio is bigger than 16 - SKL A0 W/A.
C states
Enable/Disable CPU Power Management, which allows CPU to go to power saving Cstates
when it's not 100% utilized.
