:
used to set up the parameters such as (LCR)
wordlength, number of stop bits, parity and
baud rate. To generate the desired baud rate,
first set DLAB to 1. Load the low and the high
bytes of a divisor into the receiver buffer and
the interrupt enable registers, respectively.
