2. Mounting and Installation

The headend modules can be operated either in a headend base units or stand-alone with the external power
supply unit. The 19 "units are mounted in a 19" rack.

Installation must be performed by authorized and skilled electricians only.

Before inserting or changing a module, pull the mains plug of the headend base unit from the socket!

Observe the operation instructions of the corresponding headend base unit!

Observe the operation instructions of the corresponding power supply unit!

The antenna system must be installed and grounded according to the DIN EN 60728-11 standard.

2.1.

Mounting and installation in a headend base unit

There has to be used galvanic isolator between the output connector and antenna network in Sweden and
Norway state area.
