From the main screen press the

To print saved scans
Unplug the verifier read-head from the PV-1072, and plug in a USB memory device.

The text file printout will be in a directory named
Scans
on the memory device.
This file can then be opened in any suitable program such as Microsoft Word or
Windows Notepad for subsequent printing.
