mm bohren, mitgelieferten Dübel einsetzen
und Gerät mit der mitgelieferten Schraube
befestigen.
Montage des Dampfaustrittsstutzens
---> nur Condair CP2
•
nur bei Condair CP2 mit FAN 15:
Kabel zum Dampfzylinder abziehen und
Dampfzylinder ausbauen (siehe Technische
Dokumentation Condair CP2, Kapitel 6.5.3).
Anschliessend Kondensatablaufabdeckung
in der Ablaufkanal-Abdeckplatte mit einer
Zange
nach oben
ausbrechen (siehe Abbil-
dung 1).
Achtung!
Falls das abgebrochene Teil in den
Ablaufkanal fällt, muss es entfernt werden,
da es sonst zu Verstopfungen führen kann.
Dampfzylinder wieder einbauen und Kabel
anschliessen (siehe Technische Dokumen-
tation Condair CP2, Kapitel 6.5.3).
• Dampfaustrittsstutzen “A” montieren und an-
schliessend Übergangsstück “B” mit den
mitgelieferten Schlauchklemmen am Dampf-
zylinder und am Dampfaustrittsstutzen be-
festigen (siehe Abbildung 2).

nur bei Condair CP2 mit FAN 15:
Verbindungsstück “C” in den Kondensatan-
schluss am Übergangsstück einschieben.
Kondensatschlauch “E” auf das Verbindungs-
stück aufsschieben und mit der Schlauch-
klemme “D” befestigen (siehe Abbildung 3).
Kondesatschlauch in einem Bogen (Siphon,
min. ø100 mm) hinter dem Dampfzylinder
nach unten führen und das freie Ende bis
zum Anschlag in die ausgebrochene Öffnung
der Kanalabdeckung schieben (siehe Abbil-
dung 4).
• Suspend the fan unit on the screws.
• Mark off fixing point “B”. Drill a ø10 mm hole
and insert the dowel provided. Secure the
unit with the screw provided.
Installing the steam outlet connector
---> Condair CP2 only

Condair CP2 with FAN 15 only:
Disconnect cables from steam cylinder and
remove steam cylinder (see technical docu-
mentation Condair CP2, chapter 6.5.3).
Use pliers to pull the condensate drain cover
in the drain channel plate
upwards
to break
it off (see figure 1).
Caution!
If the broken part falls into the drain
channel it must be removed otherwise it may
clog the drain.
Reinstall the steam cylinder and connect the
cables (see technical documentation Con-
dair CP2, chapter 6.5.3).
• First install the steam outlet connector “A”.
Then, mount the transition piece “B” and fix
it to the steam cylinder and to the steam
outlet connector using the hose clips provid-
ed (see figure 2).

Condair CP2 with FAN 15 only:
Push connection piece “C” into the conden-
sate connection of the transition piece. Plug
the condensate hose “E” onto the connec-
tion piece and fix it with hose clamp “D” (see
figure 3).
Lead condensate hose behind the steam
cylinder downwards forming a curve (siphon,
min. ø100 mm). Insert the free end of the con-
densate hose to the stop into the correspond-
ing opening in the drain channel plate (see
figure 4).
• Accrocher l’appareil de ventilation aux vis.
• Marquer le point de fixation “B”. Percer le
trou de ø10 mm, engager la cheville livrée, et
fixer l’appareil au moyen de la vis livrée.
Montage du raccord de sortie de vapeur
---> uniquement Condair CP2

uniquement Condair CP2 avec FAN 15:
Retirer les câbles du cylindre à vapeur et
déposer le cylindre à vapeur (voir documen-
tation technique Condair CP2, chapitre 6.5.3).
Ensuite briser
vers le haut
le couvercle
d’écoulement de condensat dans le couver-
cle du canal d’écoulement avec une pince
(voir illustration 1).
Attention!
Si la pièce éloignée tombe dans
le canal d’écoulement, la retirer, sinon le
canal pourrait s’obstruer.
Reposer le cylindre à vapeur et raccorder les
câbles (voir documentation technique Cond-
air CP2, chapitre 6.5.3).
• Monter le raccord de sortie de vapeur “A”,
puis fixer la pièce intermédiaire “B” au moyen
des colliers de tuyaux livrés à la cuve à
vapeur et au raccord de sortie de vapeur
(voir illustration 2).
•
uniquement Condair CP2 avec FAN 15:
Glisser la pièce de raccordement “C” dans le
raccord de condensat de la pièce intermé-
diaire. Glisser le tuyau de condensat “E” sur
la pièce de raccordement et fixer au moyen
du serre-joint “D” (voir illustration 3).
Conduire le tuyau de condensat derrière le
cylindre à vapeur vers le bas en effectuant
une boucle (siphon, min. ø100 mm). Intro-
duire à la butée l’embout dans l’ouverture
entaillée du couvercle du canal d’écoulement
(voir illustration 4).
