Allgemein
Die Ventilationsgeräte FAN .. dienen in Ver-
bindung mit den Dampfluftbefeuchtern Cond-
air CP2, Condair GHMC und Defensor Mk5 zur
direkten Raumluftbefeuchtung . Das Ven-
tilationsgerät wird vorzugsweise eingesetzt,
wenn nur ein Raum zu befeuchten ist, wenn
keine Lüftungs- oder Klimaanlage vorhanden
ist, wenn der Befeuchter nachträglich einge-
baut wird oder für spezielle Befeuchtungspro-
bleme.
Sicherheit
Die Ventilationsgeräte dürfen nur von Perso-
nen installiert, bedient, gewartet und allenfalls
repariert werden, die mit dem Produkt ver-
traut und für die jeweilige Arbeit ausreichend
qualifiziert sind.
Die Sicherheitshinweise in der Technischen
Dokumentation zum entsprechenden Dampf-
Luftbefeuchter sind unbedingt zu beachten und
einzuhalten.
Plazierungshinweise
Die Ventilationsgeräte werden separat über
dem/den Befeuchtern an die Wand montiert.
Bei der Plazierung des Ventilationsgerätes ist
darauf zu achten, dass die Vorschriften zur
Dampfschlauchführung (max. Länge 2 m,
min. Schlauchradius 300 mm, min. Stei-
gung 20 %)
und zur Kondensatschlauchfüh-
rung (min. Gefälle 20 %) eingehalten werden
können (siehe auch ”Technische Dokumen-
tation” zum Dampf-Luftbefeuchter).
General
The ventilation FAN units .. are used in asso-
ciation with the Condair CP2, Condair GHMC
and Defensor Mk5 steam air humidifiers for
direct room air humidification . The fan unit is
chiefly used when only one room is to be
humidified, when there is no ventilation or air-
conditioning plant installed, when the humidi-
fier has been subsequently installed, or in the
case of special humidity problems.

Combinés avec les humidificateurs à vapeur
Condair CP2, Condair GHMC et Defensor Mk5,
les
appareils de ventilation FAN .. sont des-
tinés à l’ humidification directe de locaux .
Ces appareils de ventilation s’utilisent de préfé-
rence lorsqu’il s’agit d’humidifier un seul local,
en l’absence d’installation de ventilation ou de
climatisation, lorsque l’humidificateur est ins-
tallé ultérieurement ou en cas de problèmes
d’humidification particuliers.

Safety
The ventilation equipment must only be install-
ed, operated, maintained and, where neces-
sary, repaired, by p
ersons who are appropri-
ately qualified and familiar with the product .
The safety instructions in the technical docu-
mentation relating to the respective steam air
humidifier must be observed and complied
with unconditionally.
Equipment location
The fan units are mounted separately on the
wall, above the humidifier/s . When position-
ing the fan units, care should be taken that the
regulations relating to the
installation of steam
hosing (max. length 2 m, min. hose radius
300 mm, min. inclination 20%)
and conden-
sate hosing (min. decline 20%) can be main-
tained (see also “Technical documentation” on
steam air humidifiers).
Sécurité
Seules les personnes familiarisées avec les
appareils de ventilation et suffisamment
qualifiées pour le travail correspondant sont
autorisées à en effectuer l’installation, la com-
mande, la maintenance et, au besoin, la répa-
ration.
Observer et respecter impérativement les con-
signes de sécurité figurant dans la documen-
tation technique relative à l’humidificateur d’air
à vapeur concerné.
Indications de l’emplacement
Les appareils de ventilation se montent séparé-
ment , au-dessus de/des humidificateur(s) ,
à la paroi . A la mise en place, veiller à respecter
les prescriptions concernant le cheminement
du tuyau de vapeur (longueur max. 2 m,
rayon min. du tuyau 300 mm, inclinaison
max. 20 %) et le cheminement du tuyau de
condensat (inclinaison maximale 20 %) (voir
également la “Documentation technique” con-
cernant l’humidificateur d’air à vapeur).
