6 Troubleshooting and diagnostics
6.5 BP LED guide –
ORANGE
indications
[v.2]
[v.1]
This indicates that the ”upside-down”
board orientation sensor is faulty. This
means the HC will work even when the
board is upside-down.
Recommended actions:
Stop operation
and contact support for further actions.
6.5.7 Board orientation sensor failure
[v.2]
[v.1]
This indicates that data will not be saved
after BP power-off. User settings such
as HC mode may or may not be stored.
The board can still operate.
Recommended actions:
Contact support
for further recommendations.
6.5.8 EEPROM failure
[v.2]
[v.1]
This error indicates the humidity sensor
failed to initialize. Water inside the BP
may not be detected, which is potentially
dangerous.
Recommended actions:
Stop operation
and contact support for further actions.
6.5.9 Humidity sensor failure
[v.2]
[v.1]
This warning indicates that there is a
difference between Battery cell voltage
levels. This state is prohibited by
always
letting the BP charge to 100% capacity
(all
GREEN
lights).
Recommended action:
Leave on charger (≈3 days continuous)
until BP is fully charged and no white
indicator lights are turned on.
If the warning is still active after a few
balancing cycles, contact support and
stop operating the BP.
6.5.10 Unbalanced BP (SMALL diff.)
[v.2]
[v.1]
This warning indicates that there is a
big
difference between Battery cell voltage
levels. This BP state is prohibited by
always
letting the BP charge to 100%
capacity (all
GREEN
lights).
Recommended action:
Leave on charger (≈7 days continuous)
until BP is fully charged and no white
indicator lights are turned on.
If the warning is still active after a few
balancing cycles, contact support and
stop operating the BP.
6.5.11 Unbalanced BP (LARGE diff.)
