Step 4
Use for bolts (22) and washers (26) to fasten the handle (3) to
the post (8).
Step 5
Use the bolts (19), washers (25) and nuts (29) to secure
bottom of the post (8) to the base (1).
Step 6
Use two bolts (19), washers (25) and nuts (29) to fasten the
lower ends of the support (7) to the inside of the frame, then
use one bolt (15), washer (24) and nut (28) to fasten the top
ends of the support (7) to the post (8).
Note:
The bends of the support face out at the top and in the
bottom.
Step 7
Use the bolt (14), washer (23) and nut (27) to attach boom (9)
to the top of the post (8).
