Acquisition of detectors
Acquisition is made only by transmission of tamper alarms
1.
Move jumper S1 in PRG position
2.
Make tamper communication of the detectors to be acquired
3.
LED related to acquired detector will switch on
4.
One or more LEDs according to signal received will switch on
5.
Once acquisition is over, move jumper S2 to position OPT
Note: detectors with same numbering cannot be acquired.
Numbering of detectors must be settled as 1, 2, 3, 4.
Cancellation of detectors
Cancellation of all detectors occurs as soon as procedure starts and is confirmed by LEDs flashing
1.
move jumper S1 to position CLR
2.
check LEDs flashing
3.
move jumper S1 to position OPT
Visualization - signalling of detectors’ condition
Detectors are spread on 4 zones and their condition is visualized by the LED corresponding to the
opened zone. Further to this optical indication, the transistorized negative is activated from zone OC
output Zone 1 2 3 4 open
Visualization - signalling of detectors’ tamper
Detectors are spread on 4 zones and tamper is visualized by lighting up of the LED corresponding to
the zone signalling the event. Further to this optical indication the transistorized negative is activated by
OC zone output and transistorized negative is failing from OC output “TT”.
Note: leaving detector open, it transmits a tamper alarm every 60 seconds
Visualization - signalling of detectors’ survival
This indication shows that a detector has not been received by the interface for 120 minutes. This
indication is restored once detector is received again.
Survival is signalled by the lighting up of zone Led with slow flashing and activation of OC output
“SPV”
Visualization - signalling of detectors’ low battery
This indication shows that a detector has transmitted low battery. This indication is restored once
battery is replaced.
Low battery is signalled by the lighting up of zone Led with quick flashing and activation of OC
output “BAT”
Indication of radio noise
Activation of OC “INT” output shows the presence of radio noise. This indication is automatically
restored once noise is over.
