Connecting the user station to a
local CPU
Insert one end of a UTP cable into one of the
RJ-45 ports on the back of the AMX5130
user station. Fasten the opposite end into the
RJ-45 port on an AMIQDM module.
Connecting the keyboard, monitor
and mouse
Connect the monitor to the VGA con-
nector on the back of the AMX5130 user
station. Plug your keyboard, monitor and
mouse cables into the appropriately labeled
PS/2 or USB connectors on the back of the
AMX5130 user station.
Connecting the stereo speakers
and microphone
Plug your stereo speakers/headphones in the
appropriately labeled connectors on the back
of the AMX5130 user station.
NOTE:
The AMX5130 user station supports
the connection of local serial devices.
