Note that the status indicated by this LED is inverted!
LED3 = ON when BG96 module is in Power Down mode
LED3 = OFF when BG96 module is active
The state of the BG96 module and this BG96 PWR status LED can be changed
by the host MCU, or by the User doing one of the following:
pressing
PWRKEY
button switch
