3) Note: The power at 12V PCIe, VCC_LCD (X1601), VCC_BL_EDP (X1602), VCC_BL (X1101)
and 12V fan power are switched off, when the power input is not in the range of 11V to 13V. In
that case, you can feed 12V from an external power source at X1603 pin 4 to supply these
connectors with power.
