The system stops tracking and
is no longer in Track mode
The system stops moving. The
Track command in the main
window is no longer illuminated.
Was a target configuration item changed?
This will stop tracking.
Was another command sent? This will stop
tracking.
Was a system alarm triggered? This will stop
tracking.
The TLE data is invalid
The system does not move. The
TLE
Module Message
sensor output
shows “
Cannot start tracking, TLE
data is bad!
” or “
Cannot track, TLE
data is invalid
”
Check that the TLE data has been entered in
the correct format.
Upload new TLE data
The TLE Offset Control window
will not open
A popup message states “
TLE
Offsets cannot be adjusted unless
TLE tracking is active
”
Check that TLE Tracking is set as the
Position
Hold Method
and
Run Position Hold After
Acquire
is set to “Yes” in the target
configuration
Press
Track
or
Acquire
System movement does not
respond to changes to the TLE
offsets
Adjusting the TLE offsets through
the TLE Offset Control window has
no effect on antenna position.
Check the TLE Module Message (displayed at
the bottom of the TLE Offset Control
window) for error messages.
Check that the TLE module is running TLE
tracking with scans disabled. If the
TLE Scan
Step Enable
core configuration item is set to
Yes
, the Azimuth and Elevation offset
configurations are not used.

” and the antenna stops
moving
The signal configuration items
TLE StepTrack
Step Size
and
TLE StepTrack Maximum
Offset
should be adjusted in proportion to
each other.
Reset these configuration items to their
defaults and then adjust again as needed.
