The firmware for Rainier is divided into:

Rainier 4x1V firmware

FPGA firmware (for Rainier-4d / 4d1V only)

IMPORTANT:

If you need to update both firmware, make sure to perform Rainier 4x1V

firmware update first.

Rainier 4x1V Firmware

To update the Rainier 4x1V firmware, perform the following steps:

Connect the power cable to the

V AC

power jack on the rear panel of

the Rainier a

Use a serial (RS-232) cable and connect one end to the Rainier rear panel’s
